PAYMENT

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payment details for riders coming soon.

Stable managers are free because they are awesome!

Rally payment should be made by the club or center and not by the individual competitors. Clubs/centers may pay via check or PayPal.

Refunds for rally entry fee will be given only in the case of rider or horse injury or illness. Please refer to the AKF Schooling HT rules for refunds of that entry fee.

SCHEDULE

This is an OUTDOOR rally and will be held RAIN or SHINE! (Remember: sunshine is lovely, but rain means NO BUGS!).

Tentative schedule: Showgrounds open at 7:00 am; HM starts at 8:00 am.

Schedule details will be available here soon.

DIVISIONS and TESTS

This event will run Starter through Training divisions.

Rally divisions will be based on age. Any rating can be on a team.

We will have no more than 6 teams in a division.

Full division and test information is in the CNER Eventing Rally Omnibus (links provided above).

FOOD, WATER, and CLEAN-UP

There will be food on-site. However, having an abundance of snacks and water at your competitors' tent is strongly encouraged to keep up the energy of those hard-working riders and stable managers.

Water is available onsite for ponies (and horses) but may be far away and require transport via vehicle. We strongly recommend your competitors bring water for their ponies.

Water will be available for humans in the warm-up area and the neutral zone. We will have cups, please try to bring a reusable bottle to use instead of the disposable cups.

Manure and trash MUST be taken home. Please leave the show grounds as clean or cleaner than you found it.

NEUTRAL ZONE

This is a qualifying rally, which means we will be enforcing a Neutral Zone!

The Neutral Zone will be designated on rally day. Tents and chairs are recommended for the Neutral Zone (in addition to the tents and chairs that clubs and centers should bring for rally competitors).

In the event the Neutral Zone is not close to the riding rings, we may allow tents and chairs near the rings if logistics allow. Please check with rally officials the morning of the rally before setting up any items near the rings. Remember: this will not be considered a neutral zone (just a fandamonium zone!).
