New Membership Forms
New members may join a CNE pony club or riding center by first contacting the club district commissioner (DC) or center administrator (CA).

The club DC or center CA and the new member's parents must complete the United States Pony Club (USPC) membership application and pay national dues online. USPC also provides an option to submit a hard copy of the membership application.

Paying Regional Dues
All club and center members must pay yearly regional dues for their members. Payment must be done by the clubs and centers and not by the individual members.
2024 regional dues are $20.00 per member paid from January through August. Dues are $30 for members who join in September and are applied through the following calendar year.
Pay By Check
Clubs and centers may pay regional dues by check payable to CNER.
Please include a note with your check that provides your club or center name and the names of the members for whom you are paying dues. You may also email this information to our regional treasurer, Tim Newman, at treasurer@cneponyclub.org.

Pay By Credit Card or PayPal
Clubs and centers may pay regional dues by via credit card or PayPay. If you have a PayPal account, please use your phone to scan the QR Code below to access the PayPal payment portal (this will not work if you don't have a PayPal account).
As PayPal charges a fee for its services, we ask that you add $1.20 to each dues payment, which means $21.20 per member. (Of course, you may avoid these extra costs by paying by check).
