Membership Forms and Dues

New Members

To learn about the Pony Clubs and Riding Centers in the Central New England Regional (CNER), please click here.

To become a member of a CNER club or center:

  • Contact the pony club's District Commissioner (DC) or rider center's Center Administrator (CA).
  • Work with the DC or CA to complete the USPC membership application. Click here to download the application.
  • Write a check to USPC for national dues and pay the club or center for regional and club/center dues. 
  • The DC or CA will submit the membership form and national dues payment to USPC and will pay regional dues

Paying Regional Dues

All clubs and centers members must pay yearly regional dues.

Members pay regional dues to their club or center, who then pay the region. Members do not pay their regional dues directly to the region.

2025 regional dues are:

  • $25.00 per member paid from January through August
  • $30.00 for members who join in September and are applied through the following calendar year

Pay By Check

Clubs and centers may pay regional dues by check payable to CNER.

Please include a note with your check that provides your club or center name and the names of the members for whom you are paying dues. You may also email this information to our regional treasurer, Tim Newman, at treasurer@cneponyclub.org.

Pay By Credit Card or PayPal

Clubs and centers may pay regional dues by via credit card or PayPay. If you have a PayPal account, please use your phone to scan the QR Code below to access the PayPal payment portal (this will not work if you don't have a PayPal account).

As PayPal charges a fee for its services, we respectfully ask that you add this fee to your dues payment (of course, you may avoid these extra costs by paying by check).

  • $26.41 per member paid from January through August
  • $31.59 for members who join in September and are applied through the following calendar year
