SCHEDULE
This is an OUTDOOR rally and will be held RAIN or SHINE! (Remember: sunshine is lovely, but rain means NO BUGS!).
Schedule details will be available here soon.
FOOD, WATER, and CLEAN-UP
There will be food on-site. However, having an abundance of snacks and water at your competitors' tents is strongly encouraged to keep up the energy of those hard-working riders and stable managers.
Water is available onsite for ponies (and horses) but may be far away and require transport via vehicle. We strongly recommend your members bring water for their ponies.
Water will be available for humans in the warm-up area and the neutral zone. We will have cups, please try to bring a reusable bottle to use instead of the disposable cups.
Manure and trash MUST be taken home. Please leave the show grounds as clean or cleaner than you found it.
NEUTRAL ZONE
The Neutral Zone will be designated on rally day. Tents and chairs are recommended for the Neutral Zone (in addition to the tents and chairs that clubs and centers should bring for rally competitors).
In the event the Neutral Zone is not close to the riding rings, we may allow tents and chairs near the rings if logistics allow. Please check with rally officials the morning of the rally before setting up any items near the rings. Remember: this will not be considered a neutral zone (just a fandamonium zone!).
