RALLY INFORMATION
All Rally details can be found in the Games Rally Omnibus
Showgrounds open at 9:00 am; HM starts at 10:00 am.
This late start is in consideration of our members who may have a bit of a drive to the rally location. The rally should be concluded by 6 pm.
Open to Non-Pony Club Members
Riders who are not members of Pony Club are welcome to enter this rally. See the Omnibus for details.
Novice Division open to riders of ANY AGE, ANY RATING who have never played Mounted Games!
We will teach riders as they compete. Coach, assistants, and mounting block provided. Riders may request as much help as they want from an unmounted assistant (parent or volunteer) excluding actual lead line.
We want everyone to participate and have fun regardless of skill level.

INTERMEDIATE and OPEN GAMES (12 games in the first session and 10 games in the second)
Ball and Cone, Bending, Bottle, Canadian, Carton, Five Flag, Housewife’s Scurry, Mug Shuffle, Needle and Thread, Old Sock, Pony Express, Postman’s Chase, Pyramid (Association), Quoits and Cone, Rope (Pony Pairs), Rubber Ducky, Stick Pegging, Sword, Tack Shop, Toolbox, Two-Flag, Wizard’s Castle
NOVICE GAMES (10 games in the first session and 8 games in the second session):
Bending, Bottle, Canadian, Carton, Five Flag, Housewife’s Scurry, Mug Shuffle, Needle and Thread, Old Sock, Postman’s Chase, Pyramid (Association), Rubber Ducky, Stick Pegging, Sword, Tack Shop, Toolbox, Two-Flag, Wizard’s Castle
The Rally Organizer reserves the right to eliminate games from this list due to time, equipment issues, weather, or safety.

CHAPERONE'S FORM AND COACH'S FORMS
Chaperones and coaches must complete the following forms. Please email signed forms to the rally organizer or provide them to the rally secretary on the day of the rally before competition begins.
- Chaperone's Form - To be completed by the chaperone and turned in with the rally entry for any team with members below 18 years old..
- Coach's Form - To be completed by each coach. If your team does not have a coach, the organizer will provide one.
WAIVERS
Please complete the following waivers as appropriate and email them to the rally organizer or provide them to the rally secretary on the day of the rally before competition begins.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Competitor fees: $80 per rider.
Payment should be made by the club or center and not by the individual competitors. Clubs/centers may pay via check or PayPal.
Refunds will be given up to one week prior to the rally, except in the case of rider or horse injury or illness for which refunds will be given at any time.

QUALIFYING FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
This is a QUALIFYING RALLY for 2026 US Pony Club Championships at the Lexington Horse Park, Lexington, KY.
RULEBOOKS
CNER 2025 Mounted Games Rally will be conducted in accordance with the 2025 Pony Club Mounted Games Rulebook and the 2025 Mounted Games Newsletter.
Horse Management will be conducted in accordance with the 2025 Pony Club Horse Management Handbook and the 2025 Horse Management Newsletter.

STALL CARDS/FEED CHARTS
Click on the links below to access stall card and feed chart templates. Competitors may and are encouraged to create their own wonderful stall card and feed chart - just make sure requirement information is included.
Stall Cards and Feed Charts are required for ALL mounted rallies, not just overnight rallies.
SCHEDULE
This is an OUTDOOR rally and will be held RAIN or SHINE! (Remember: sunshine is lovely, but rain means NO BUGS!).

DIVISIONS
Divisions at this rally will be based on skill, not age or rating. We will offer the following divisions:
- Novice (walk-trot)
- Intermediate
- Open
The Novice division is open to riders of any age and any rating who have never played mounted games! We will teach you as you complete. Coach, assistants, and mounting block will be provided.
FOOD, WATER, and CLEAN-UP
There is no food concession booth so please bring your own food, snacks, and drinks.
Water is available for ponies (and horses) but may be far away and require transport via vehicle. We strongly recommend your members bring water for their ponies.
Manure and trash MUST be taken home. Please leave the show grounds as clean or cleaner than you found it.
NEUTRAL ZONE
The Neutral Zone will be designated on rally day. Tents and chairs are recommended for the Neutral Zone (in addition to the tents and chairs that clubs and centers should bring for rally competitors).
Tents and chairs are also allowed new the competition ring (not the warm-up ring). Remember: this is not be considered a neutral zone (just a fandamonium zone!).
