WAIVERS
Please complete the following waivers as appropriate and email them to Kirsten at hmo@cneponyclub.org or Susan at susan@cneponyclub.org, or bring to the rally and provide them to the rally secretary before the competition begins.
Junior/Senior Team Formation Form for teams that consist of both junior and senior members
Senior Member Emergency Contact Form for participating members who are over 18
Non-Member Waiver for participants who are not Pony Club members
Quiz Rally fees are $60 per competitor via check or $62.50 (rally fee + PayPal fee) per competitor via PayPal.
Payment should be made by the club or center and not by the individual competitors. Clubs/centers may pay via check or PayPal.

- Payment via PayPal is $62.50 per competitor (this includes $60 rally fee plus $2.50 PayPal fee).

QUALIFYING FOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
This is a QUALIFYING RALLY for 2024 US Pony Club Championships, July 15 - 19, 2024, at the Lexington Horse Park, Lexington, KY. Click here for more information on Championships.

PHASES
We will compete in WRITTEN, CLASSROOM, STATIONS, and MEGAROOM
DIVISIONS AND TEAM INFORMATION
We will be offering the following divisions:
D Divisions for Unrated, D1, D2, and D3 Rated Competitors
- Novice D: Up to and including 11 years old
- Junior D: 12 to 17 years old
- Senior D: 18 years old and older
C Divisions for C, B, and A Rated Competitors
- Novice C: Up to and including 11 years old
- Junior C: 12 to 17 years old
- Senior C: 18 years old and older
Note that ratings are HM ratings; Age is age on January 1, 2024.
Competitors may be placed on teams UP a DIVISION as long as at least one member of the team meets the minimum age in that division.
To form teams of mixed Junior/Senior age, we must have written permission from any junior aged competitor and their parent or legal guardian using the following form: Junior/Senior Team Formation Form.
Ds cannot be placed in C divisions or vice versa.
ONLY NOVICE D team members have the option of CONFERRING with teammates on individual classroom questions.
